At CarDiary, we aim to provide transparent and reliable subscription services to our users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations are handled and outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By subscribing to or using the CarDiary platform, you agree to the terms described below.
Subscription-Based Services
CarDiary offers subscription-based access to its platform for registered used car dealers. Subscriptions provide access to platform features for a fixed billing period, as selected at the time of purchase.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their CarDiary subscription at any time through their account settings. Once a subscription is cancelled, it will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. However, access to the platform will continue until the end of the active subscription period.
Cancellation does not result in immediate termination of services or automatic refunds for the current billing period.
Refund Policy
Once a subscription has been activated and payment has been successfully processed, CarDiary does not provide refunds for the current billing cycle. This applies regardless of usage, cancellation timing, or account activity.
No partial refunds, credits, or adjustments are available for unused days or early cancellation of a subscription.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after subscription activation
- Non-usage or limited use of the platform
- Early cancellation of an active subscription
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
Duplicate Payments and Technical Errors
In the event of a duplicate payment, incorrect charge, or technical error during the payment process, users may contact CarDiary support within 7 days of the transaction date for review.
All refund requests related to payment errors will be carefully reviewed by our team. Refund approval is subject to verification and is granted at CarDiary’s discretion.
Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
CarDiary is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
Policy Updates
CarDiary reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or platform functionality. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
